Icons & Text should be adjustable all over the program

Many Thanks about the GOTD! :)

It's a Note Organizer, so it should have options to resize the Icons & Text, all over the program.
Now, there are little Icons & Text Lines, while on Microsoft Windows the Text Size is already set to 110 %.
Ad this program, that doesn't work either.
